Russia's State Council Information Industry recently estimated that in 2008 a Russian automobile spare parts market sales of approximately 9 billion U.S. dollars, its scale in 2010 will reach 15 billion U.S. dollars, the Russian automobile spare parts market prospects are broad.

       According to the Russian Government's industrial assembly of the foreign car companies began assembling cars in Russia after two years, should gradually reduce imports of auto parts, seven years after the auto parts localization level to reach 50 percent.

       Russian Industrial Information Bureau pointed out that foreign auto assembly plant built in Russia and Vietnam, the more the local production of auto parts will also increase the demand. Some foreign auto parts maker has begun to enter Russia, or with their Russian enterprises set up joint venture plant, or establish wholly-owned factories. Some of the world-renowned companies such as the Bosal, Inergy, BASF, also have pledged to build factories in Russia.
